How ya going, I’m JP. Not pretty or polished, Just JP. Welcome to the non-sense that is my electronic life. You may ask yourself, who is this who is this deranged man? Well, I am a home brewer, though my supply can never keep up with the demand. I am addicted to Girls that have tattoo’s; they are  my crack. Love ’em! If they are slightly off center, even better! Hey I don’t judge ones level of crazy, I just enjoy it. I have even been known to over look personality flaws if heavily inked, ask Chocolate Bear, he’s seen it. Matter in fact, if you feel you fall in this category, please submit your application.

I enjoy discussing politics, religion, and social issues of the day. I can assure that  I will offend you, before you offend me. I have a neo-noir outlook on life and have been told on more than one occasion that I find the dark in what is considered beautiful. I use the word “cunt” both jovially and in times of anger.

Cooking to me is a passion, not a chore. I consider myself a gastroisseur; foodies are pretentious assholes that do not truly appreciate food. Ask any chef where they like to eat and you will probably hear about some street vendor or dingy hole-in-the-wall. Food does not need to be complex to be enjoyed and celebrated. Recently, with the evolution of t.v. chef’s, America has turned it’s nose up to traditional ethic blending. Simple, good, and unapologetic. I appreciate the base senses of what the ingredients have to offer. On the flip side, I think everyone should expand their gastronomic palate and reach out to the new and wonderful. Just don’t be pretentious about it.

I like trying new things keeps me interested; regardless of how senseless or questionable. My dream job would be to wander the world and meet new people and discuss life and happenings over a good brew. I used to do CPR and patch gun shot wounds for a living, saving prolonging lives…I am now retired. Think of Nick Cage in Bringing out the Dead, I was and am Frank Pierce.

I am loud, obnoxious, and socially awkward, just ask any bartender that has met me. I am a lover not a fighter, but like to instigate. I fight stupidity with non-sense. I also enjoy all forms of music (especially with horns and a good rhythm) and folk art as seen by my modest tattoo collection. I admire artists of the pen or machine, as I do not possess the skills required.
